Hanoi is the capital of Vietnam with a long background of history and culture. Besides historical destinations, Hanoi is well-known for its beautiful lakes with the image of local Tai Chi in the early morning, tree-line boulevards, funny street vendors & special street food cuisine.
This morning, you will have an amazing Jeep tour to Hanoi countryside. Hanoi countryside Jeep tour starts at you’re your hotels in and around Hanoi Old Quarter. We soon leave the busy streets of Hanoi via a scenic road winding through the city’s Old 
Quarter, through the urban outskirts, and into the countryside. We’ll cross the bridge to the other side of the Red river where you could immerse yourselves into to tranquil countryside. Explore the villages along the Red River Delta and learn about what daily life is like for these local residents. Admire the beautiful scenery of farmlands and estuaries and end the tour at the 1000-year-old ceramic village of Bat Trang to learn about the ancient art. Also, learning about the impacts on the local people under urbanization and industrialization. Hanoi Countryside Jeep Tour is a perfect way to learn about the life outside of Hanoi and to live a day in the life of the local people in the outskirt of the city. Back to a local restaurant for having lunch and back to your hotel. 
Your afternoon city tour starts at 14:00 first stop at Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (outside) – a large memorial to the national hero - President Ho Chi Minh who led the country to independence and reunification. The Mausoleum is located at Ba Dinh Square where Ho Chi Minh President read the Declaration of Independence on 02nd Sep 1945 establishing the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. Then take a short walk to the Presidential Palace & House on Stilt. Near from Ho Chi Minh complex, One Pillar Pagoda – symbol of Vietnam with unique architecture of lotus flower is a must-see destination for all Vietnam tours. Our next stop will be the Temple of Literature which is the first university in Vietnam. It was constructed in 1070, first to honor Confucius and nowadays to celebrate the doctorates and high rank scholars of Vietnam.

- 8h15: Our Chef will pick you up at your hotel by taxi or motorbike to the class.
- 9h00: Chefs are generalized about the program
- 9h10: Take a Cyclo tour
- 9h30: Local market tour & street food tasting. Walking through the local market to exploring a characteristic of Vietnamese market which described the culture that only can find in Vietnam. Beside, some of local seasoning and food material would be explained by our chef during the market tour.
- 10h40: Cooking Class is start. The chef will teach you how to pre-processing and making the Vietnamese foods with detailed instruction & recipes
- 12h00: Time to enjoy your own foods, drinks are available on your request during the lunch.

8:00 am  your tour guide pick up you then transfer to our Bicycle store to choose suitable Bikes. Once get comfortable with your bicyle and hear a safety briefing.
Then we’ll head out for our ride!First we cross the Red river by Long Bien bridge – the oldest one in Hanoi built over 100 years ago under French colonial time to enjoy the panoramic view of the Red River, watch the boats float underneath and see the green vegetable farm on the island.Then we ride to the countryside  along the Red River’s banks to take in the stunning beauty of Vietnam’s countryside and see farmers cultivating their lands. We’ll make a visit to a local family making bonsai to learn about this intricate art form and admire some of the stunning plant creations. This is a wonderful way to learn more about local daily life and tradition, our guide will  assist us to chat with them as a translator.
Keep cycling through dirt roads and rural villages until we arrived at Co Loa Ancient Citadel which was built in 200 BC to learn about Vietnam’s tradition of establishing and defending the country against foreign invaders of Thuc Phan An Duong Vuong.
After that we visit a fruit garden and have lunch at local family where you can try traditional food. In the afternoon we ride more around the villages, fields and along the river bank to enjoy the cool breeze of the Red river. Passing through beautiful village of Northern Vietnam.
Back to Hanoi by car.
Overnight in Hanoi

Our guide and driver will collect you from your hotel in Hanoi in the morning and drive you to Mai Chau. Along the way you can enjoy spectacular views as the road snakes through meandering valleys. Once you arrive in the Thai Village, you can take a short stroll to visit some of the ethnic Thai people living here and enjoy lunch in their home. 
Next we’ll take a Biking tour around the area to observe the farmers hard at work in the fields, local women weaving scarves and to feel the general peace and serenity of the surrounding villages.
Check in Mai Chau Lodge. Overnight in Mai Chau

Daily life in Mai Chau starts early, and the valley is at its most splendid in the early morning light as farmers make their way out into their fields. Experiencing this morning routine is the perfect opportunity to understand the hardworking nature of life in Mai Chai.
Enjoying breakfast at the Lodge before driving to Pu Luong.Upon arival Pu Luong, check in and have Lunch at the restaurant of bungalow on your own account.
In the afternoon, you will take a haft day tour to the starting point of the trekking journey to explore the mountains and forests. Walk along the small roads through terraced fields, suspension bridge to visit remote Thai village. You will visit the traditional old house of Thai people to better understand the lives of indigenous people. See the giant water wheels to better understand the agriculture of the people here, then Trekking 3km through the lush green forest before dropping yourself along the bamboo raft on the clear and peaceful Cham river. (Note that if you cannot walk, you can arrange a car to take you around to get to the Cham stream area)
Then get on the bus to take you back to Pu Luong Natura and rest and relax with the infinity pool - with pure clear spring water originating from the mountain.
Overnight in Pu Luong Natua.

- 9h00: Depart from Natura Bungalows, walk with the guide to Uoi village (about 4km - 1h30-minute walk from Natura).
You pass through the heritage of thousands of Pu Luong terraced fields, then to the forest of luong bamboo and ferns before taking photos on a dreamy purple hill.
Next, you go to Ba village and then move down to Uoi village. This is one of the oldest Pu Luong villages, newly discovered and connected to the grid not long ago. Uoi village is nestled in a valley, behind is the largest ancient palm forest in Pu Luong, in front of which is a gentle stream winding around the terraced fields.
Rest for a while in the oldest stilt house in Uoi village.
- 10h30: Start the journey to conquer the palm forest with an altitude of 300m above sea level. You follow a trail under the canopy of giant palm trees.
Check-in for sightseeing and souvenir photography on the ancient rock at the top of the palm hill.
- 12h00: Picnic lunch on the top of palm forest (Roasted chicken or duck on the spot, sticky sticky rice).
- 13h30: Return to Uoi village to bathe in the stream, immerse in the cool water (bath only in summer).
- 14h30: Visit Lặn village to learn more about brocade weaving of the oldest Pu Luong people.
- 16h00: Walk back to Natura Bungalows

After breakfast, we start the trip by driving to Cuc Phuong National park the 25,000-hectare primeval forest with typical characteristics of tropical forests, fresh and cool climate, and rich flora and fauna.
We will firstly visit the Endangered Primate Rescue Centre is a non-profit organization dedicated to the rehabilitation, breeding, research, and conservation of end angered primates, and to the protection of their habitats. Then keep going into the park central, stop to discover the “Cave of Early Man“, a place to keep archaeological sites of prehistoric people thousands of years ago. Have lunch and rest at a house-on-stilted in the park central.
Then take a short trek into the National Park for sightseeing and learn more of fauna and flora in this oldest forest of Vietnam, to the giant ancient tree in middle of the jungle.
If your health are good, we can contiunue going insite the jungle to discover the beauty of the park.
Overnight in Ninh Binh.

- 8:30 We transfer you to Hoa Lu where we start biking trip from Hoa Lu to Hang Mua. In Hang Mua – we have great chance to visit Mua Cave, the most picturesque spot in Ninh Binh where you will climb around 500 steps to enjoy amazing panoramic view of Tam Coc, rice fields and karst landscape.
From Hang Mua – we continue bike to Tam Coc for Lunch on your own account
In the afternoon, do a biking ride through mountains and countryside villages before drive a pristine and untouched area for a peaceful and magical boat trip – Thung Nham for birdwatching.
Transfer back to hoel by car. Overnight in Ninh Binh

This morning take a beautiful and exciting boat trip in Trang An Complex.
Boarding a small boat and meander lazily down  the peaceful river while passing through a series of caves. 
While enjoying the sounds of soaring birds overhead and paddling along the crystal-clear waters of the river, jagged  limestone hills jutting skyward out of electric gre en rice  paddies will be sure to bring out the photographer in you.
Continue the trip to visit Hoa Lu, the picturesque site of a 10th-century capital of an ancient Vietnamese Kingdom called Dai Co Viet for 41 years (968-1009).
Overnight in Hanoi.

Famous as one of the 7 natural wonders of the world - Halong is considered an attractive destination not to be missed by any type of tour when you come to Vietnam.
- 8:00 Our guide and driver will pick you up and depart for Halongbay
- 12:00 Get on board and start the journey to discover beautiful Halong - where thousands of large and small islands emerge from the water with different shapes.
Where you explore strange caves where there are many stalagmites and stalactites formed by precipitation of calcium carbonate.
Enjoy the famous typical seafood dishes of Halong sea
Kayaking will also be an extremely interesting experience when you visit Halong bay.

Today, we will spend a full  leisurely cycling tour to the scenic countryside of Hoian, far from the traffic the motor scooters, and the noises the city. You will cross the islands on the Song Thu river delta using local transportation, including ferries and floating bridges...
On this beautiful leisurely biking trip, we will visit an artisans making bricks according to age-old. You will discover how wooden river boats are made and learn the secret of weaving the colorful straw Hoi An sleeping mats. Try the renowned Vietnamese basket boats. 
Continue spend your time to contact with one of the rural inhabitant of the region, far from the usual tourist circuits.
At lunch time you will be invited into a local home for a traditional Vietnamese meal, and learn their customs and traditions. After you have relaxed for a while under the shade of a mango tree, you will begin your return towards Hoi An, which will take about an hour. Overnight in Hoi An.

Free time to discover the other attractions in Hoian ancient town.
